Thai Massage
Traditional Thai Massage combines manual compression, acupressure, and passive stretching. It helps mobilise the tissues, while assisted stretches provide release, helping your body open up and gain more movement freedom.

The therapist uses their hands, elbows, and knees to apply pressure and their whole body weight to ensure the stretches are performed in the safest and most efficient way for both the client and the therapist.

The treatment is performed on a special soft mat or a yoga mat in case of home appointments. It does not use a massage medium and is performed through clothes, using techniques acquired during training in Baan Thai Lanna in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

For everyone who wants to feel invigorated and tap into their flexibility potential.
