I declare that the above information is correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree to the cancellation policy requiring any booking amendments or cancellations to happen with at least 24 hours of notice. Failing to do so, as well as no-shows, will require full payment for the session. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equivalent to 20% of the session cost. I understand that various techniques may be used; some of them may be uncomfortable and can cause muscle soreness or bruising the following day. I will communicate with the therapist throughout the session, providing feedback according to my body’s needs to minimise potential side effects. I will inform the therapist of any medical conditions that may affect the treatment or its suitability.
